Lena works closely with middle market businesses, often backed by Private Equity or Family Offices to find executive level talent. Her experience spans the C-suite (CEO, CFO, COO, CRO, etc.) and key direct report searches across the healthcare, industrial, and tech enabled services verticals. She leverages her deep relationship building and problem-solving skills to bring impactful talent solutions to her clients. Lena’s early career in commercial banking shaped her ability to intimately understand both the financial and unique cultural aspects of her clients. She is disciplined, energetic, creative, and is passionate about facilitating relationships.

Lena received her bachelor’s degree from DePaul University in Finance, Accounting and Spanish. While working in banking, Lena earned her MBA from Kellogg School of Management focusing on International Business and Marketing. Lena has her Hogan Assessments Certification and is a member of ACG Chicago’s Healthcare Committee.

Lena resides in Chicago with her husband and two sons. She is an avid cook/host, a travel enthusiast and is dedicated to raising inquisitive minds in a tri-lingual household. A Breast Cancer Survivor, Lena serves as a Chicago Chapter committee member for The Pink Agenda, a nonprofit with a mission to fund research and raise awareness for early detection in young professionals.
