Rob brings over 25 years of expertise to Randall Partners. He is trusted to recruit transformative C-suite leadership and their direct reports to drive growth, scalability, and operational efficiency in the Manufacturing, Services, and Distribution sectors. His practice specializes in private equity-backed clients and includes privately and publicly held companies. Known for his high-touch, collaborative, and transparent approach, Rob ensures an exceptional experience for clients and candidates.

Before joining Randall Partners, Rob held key roles, including Executive Vice President at a Top 5 global retained executive search firm, Principal at a boutique executive search firm, and Director of Executive Search at a prominent Human Capital Management company. Additionally, he founded Miller Search.

Rob began his career as a buyer for nationally known specialty retailers and honed his servant leadership skills in his family’s specialty retail business. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University.

Residing in Chicago with his wife, Karen, Rob enjoys golf, family time, and summers on Michigan’s picturesque Leelanau Peninsula. He is deeply involved in the Chicago community, actively supporting organizations such as the Chicago Humanities Festival, The Goodman Theater, Ravinia Festival, and Nourishing Hope.
