Edgar Barillas is a Senior Associate with Randall Partners, where he supports retained executive search engagements for private equity firms and portfolio companies across a range of industries. He partners with clients throughout the search process, conducting market research, identifying and engaging executive talent, and helping deliver successful leadership placements.

Prior to joining Randall Partners, Edgar spent more than eight years in executive search and professional recruiting, with experience at DHR Global, XTLNT, and Kforce. Throughout his career, he has specialized in recruiting C-suite and senior executives and partnering with private equity-backed and growth-oriented organizations to identify exceptional leadership talent. His background includes executive search within manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure, business services, financial services, and other middle-market sectors.

Edgar earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University and has completed additional coursework in project management and human talent management.
