Charlie Larkins serves as an Associate at Randall Partners, supporting the firm’s executive search efforts through market intelligence, candidate research and development, and client engagement.

Prior to joining Randall Partners, Charlie gained valuable business development and sales experience through early career roles with AeroPay and Project44. In these positions, he conducted market research, identified and qualified prospective clients, supported outbound business development initiatives, and leveraged Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted sales pipelines. These experiences strengthened his research, communication, and relationship building skills, qualities that are fundamental to identifying exceptional talent and delivering outstanding client service.

Before beginning his professional career, Charlie spent seven seasons caddying at Indian Hill Club, where he developed the work ethic, professionalism, attention to detail, and service mindset that continue to shape his approach to every client and candidate interaction.

A native of Winnetka, Illinois, Charlie graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management.

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys golf, fitness, and spending time with family and friends.
