Steven Westbrook serves as a Partner with Randall Partners and leads the firm’s expansion into the Houston market and Gulf Coast. He works with private equity sponsors, family offices, and growth-oriented public and private companies to recruit exceptional CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and their direct reports.

Steven brings over a decade of revenue leadership and executive search experience to the team. He has built and scaled revenue organizations across the consumer, lifestyle, and private aviation industries, consistently exceeding plan and opening new markets. Earlier in his career, Steven was an Associate in the Global Energy Practice at Korn Ferry, where he led executive and board of director searches for private equity firms and energy companies.

Steven earned his Bachelor of Science in Systems Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2008, where he played offensive line on the varsity football team. He served eight years as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army, with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, and later earned his MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business.

Steven and his wife live in Houston with their two children. He serves on the Community Impact Board of HeartGift, a nonprofit that provides free, lifesaving heart surgeries to children worldwide. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, watching football, and traveling with his family.
