Linda has over 35 years of experience in retained executive search. She joined Ingenium Partners in 2004 where she has served clients in a broad array of industries, including manufacturing / distribution, non-profits and business services. In recent years, her clients have primarily been privately held, PE or family-owned businesses. Search assignments are focused on senior leadership positions across the board but with a focus on general management, operations, finance, human resources and marketing.

Linda began her career at Grant Cooper & Associates, a retained executive search firm in St. Louis, where she spent 15 years in research and search consulting focused on manufacturing, retail, healthcare and non-profit clients. She left the search business for the opportunity to work in the community for a local non-profit, City Academy, where she spent four years in development. Throughout her career, Linda has partnered with clients requiring a high touch, consultative approach to search and adhered to always providing open and transparent communications with clients and candidates alike.

In recent years Linda has been involved in supporting education in the city of St Louis.  She worked at City Academy, the only private, independent elementary school in St. Louis that provides scholarship support to 100 percent of students and continues to support the school.  She also spent nine years serving on the Board of the St. Louis Public Schools Foundation which raised funds to supplement the city’s school district.  Linda has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Middlebury College.
