Steve serves as a Partner with Randall Partners in our St. Louis office and brings nearly 20 years of executive search experience.  Steve is known for his commitment to excellence, quality, and partnership, aligning perfectly with Randall Partners’ values. 

Most recently, Steve led executive recruiting for multiple corporate teams at Intel, including IT, Finance, Legal and HR, and drove the successful placement of over 100 senior executives.  Prior to Intel, Steve built and led the recruiting function at ICONIQ Capital, a leading wealth management and growth equity firm.  Steve also served as a Vice President for a nationally ranked boutique search firm, where he specialized in recruiting executives for high-growth companies backed by top private equity and venture capital investors.  Steve further honed his executive recruiting experience through positions at Visa, as well as Korn Ferry and Russell Reynolds. 

Steve also brings valuable finance, strategy and marketing expertise developed through earlier roles in private equity, management consulting, investment banking and consumer internet.  He earned his bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and his MBA from Harvard Business School.  After raising his two incredible children in Northern California, Steve is excited to be living near friends and family in St. Louis, his hometown.
