Marion is a Partner with Randall Partners and leads the firm’s West Coast practice. She brings more than 20 years of executive search experience, successfully executing searches across a range of industries for private equity, Fortune 500, and pre-IPO clients.

With deep expertise in the CFO and Financial Officer sector and a strong passion for the Consumer and Technology industries, Marion is recognized for her meticulous approach to search execution and her ability to identify leaders who are not only highly qualified but also an excellent fit to the company’s culture.

In 2017, Marion founded her own consulting practice, serving a loyal roster of pre-IPO technology clients including Snap Inc. and Airbnb. Previously, she was Principal of DHR International’s Global Chief Financial Officers Practice, where she focused on recruiting CFOs and their direct reports. Earlier in her career, she served as Director of Healthcare Recruiting for Anderson Associates in Los Angeles and began her search career at Heidrick & Struggles.

Marion holds a B.S. in Psychology from Westchester University and resides in Los Angeles with her husband, Frank, and their two children. She is active in the Pasadena Tournament of Roses and the Alliance of Moms.
